The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) Wednesday reduced to 35 years the life imprisonment sentence imposed on the Tribunal's most prominent detainee, Colonel Théoneste Bagosora, for genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.
