[New Times] The Capital Market Authority of Rwanda (CMA Rwanda) announced, through a public notice dated March 1, new Regulations for Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading in Rwanda, which it said are intended to ensure market transparency and investor protection in the business. The regulations of February 26, 2024, were published in the Official Gazette on February 27.
