[This is Africa] Critics are questioning President Kagame's Arsenal sponsorship, saying that he used half of the Sh8,4 billion (£62 million) in foreign aid provided by the UK on a frivolous pursuit and against the earmarked programmes the money is assigned for. However, both the UK aid agency Department for International Development and the Rwanda Development Board have rebuffed these claims.
