Inflation Rate Drops to 3.5 Percent Year-on-Year in July

[New Times] Rwanda's inflation rate dropped to 3.5 per cent in July year-on-year from 4.8 per cent recorded in June, the monthly Consumer Price Index report for July 2017 indicates.
