[News of Rwanda] Residents of Matyazo sector in Ngororero district have been implored to collectively participate in implementing performance contracts from household level. The call was made yesterday by Etienne Habiyakare, executive secretary of Matyazo sector, during the sector's celebrations for beating other sectors in the districts, and emerging second, in implementing last year's performance contracts 2014-2015 performance contracts.
